Structural Drafter - Canberra - Lead role

This is a great opportunity to join a leading structural consultancy. This team is involved in a number of top line building projects including; high rise, commercial, industrial, residential and government developments. As a Senior Structural drafter you will be taking o a leading role within the team and will be involved with: - Design documentation and drafting for a variety of
structural projects - Making sure Australian Standards, BSA and council requirements are met
- Research and implementation of current software and system advances within in the industry
- Estimating drafting time for projects
- Adhering ????? ????? and time constraints
- Organisation and management of staff
- Training and mentoring
You will have over 10 years experience as a structural drafter in a consulting environment along with a diploma in engineering. You will have previous experience as a successful team leader or drafting manager and extensive experience in AutoCAD. Salary will be based on experience, but will be in the range of $85-100K + benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
