Communicat was formed by Malcolm White in 1986 after recognising the need for a professional Computer Accounting supplier and support company specialising in Networks and microcomputers.

So why Communicat Careers?
As a brief history, Communicat Careers was established due to the frustration that we and our clients had experienced when recruiting. We found that there was difficulty within the industry, understanding requirements for Accountancy and Administration staff with specific computer software knowledge. In many instances, this resulted in mismatched appointments, lots of time wasting and poor client servicing.

At Communicat Careers all our team are qualified in accounting and business software packages with many years of experience in ensuring the best people match for your business.

The Added Advantage…Training
If we help find a great candidate but they have not had experience with the package our client is using we will offer our in-house professional software training facilities to update the candidates skills. We have an induction package that includes support for a period of time after your new team member starts so you don’t have don’t have to worry about spending time to train. Let our specialists do it for you.

Up front we help you put together job descriptions which helps you get clarity on the person the is needed for the position. We ask questions and ensure the five key competencies for this position are identified. Yes, we are about finding the right person for the job however we want to leave our clientswith more skills in finding, recruiting and retaining great people into your business.
