As a brief history, Communicat Careers was established due to the frustration that we and our clients had experienced when recruiting. We found that there was difficulty within the industry, understanding requirements for Accountancy and Administration staff with specific computer software knowledge. In many instances, this resulted in mismatched appointments, lots of time wasting and poor client servicing.

Up front we help you put together job descriptions which helps you get clarity on the person the is needed for the position. We ask questions and ensure the five key competencies for this position are identified.
