The Organisation

The culture of the organisation is measured every two (2) years.

Organisational Structure
The elected council consists of thirteen members comprising the Mayor and twelve Councillors. Council policies and directions are implemented by the Council's employees under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. There are currently approximately 340 staff employed by the council in areas such as administration, libraries, community service, parks, construction, maintenance and similar activities.
