Our History

Chadwick Personnel is a boutique, Australian owned Personnel Consultancy which has been established for 26 years and has been a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia, since the company’s inception in 1976.

Chadwick Personnel’s Principals have a wealth of consulting experience gained through thirty fours years continuous experience in the employment industry.

Our staff ensure that no applicant is urged to accept any position for which they are unsuitable, nor do we encourage our applicants to follow any path which will not be rewarding.
