		Provides a means to evaluate and enhance up to 25 different types of wordprocessing, spreadsheeting, and presentation packages, shorthand, typing, statistical typing, data entry and many others on three separate skill levels.
	WAS
		A mini psychometric test, WAS evaluates overall emphasis on the candidates Service Orientation, Task Focus, Work Approach, and Perception and Clear thinking.
