Carrick Institute of Education is the industry leader in private education with over two decades industry experience. The institute offers a variety of vocational education and training courses ranging from commercial cookery, hairdressing, English language proficiency, travel and hospitality management, corporate training and a range of short courses.
The institute has recently branched into higher education with the first intake of students into the Bachelor of Business (Hospitality and Tourism Management). Carrick Institute of Education has a strong presence in Melbourne and Sydney , with campuses spread across CBD locations. Carrick currently have over 6500 international and domestic students studying at various campuses with further substantial growth expected in 2008!
