Basic Manners – Sometimes they
are forgotten in the Recruitment Industry. One of the things Bond Recruitment
prides themselves is displaying the common courtesy that is deserved to
individuals who spend their valuable time applying to our positions. You won’t
be left in the dark about the progress of your application or your suitability
for the position either!
Applications - To make it as
convenient as possible we accept applications by mail, fax, email, or phone.
While our consultants are often interviewing or out seeing clients we make
ourselves as accessible as possible to accept phone applications so a quick
determination can be made as to whether you may be suitable for the role. If we
aren’t available we will get back to you within 24 hours at the most. We endeavour to be candid and honest with candidates and to
say it as it is i.e. if we feel your background is off brief, we will say so,
rather than leave you up in the air.
Other Opportunities- Candidates who
apply but aren’t successful for a particular position will have their details
held for other positions that may arise in the future. All details are kept
confidential and all candidates have the confidence in knowing that their
details will not be presented to a client without their specific
knowledge and permission.
Be Specific! - If you are
applying to register with us it would be useful to attach a covering letter
laying out the parameters for what you are looking for. You may wish to include
your preferences as to which industry, type of role, level of seniority, level
of remuneration package, where you are prepared to work geographically, and the
style and type of organisation that you would most
enjoy. We don’t want to waste your time, our client’s time or our time!
