Our contracts are like nothing you've ever seen! Not a single restriction in
them - even to the point that you may, at your discretion, leave adaps yet
continue working for the same client through another agency! Finally, with
adaps, you really are an independent contractor!

a lot more than just lip service!
• Margin? What margin?
Contractors: By using adaps contractors, an employer's agency bill
will be reduced by two–thirds. We charge NO margin on the hours you work, just
an initial small finder's fee, the hourly rate that is paid to you and an admin
fee of $29 per day. If a client uses 50 contractors for 1 year, they'll save
$1,000,000. If they use 1, they'll save $20,000. The savings are even better if
they want to extend your contract! There are no tricks – just a far better way
of doing business!
Permanent: We charge 10% of the annual salary. Not just for our
big clients or our best friends – but to every client on every permanent role.
This, teamed with our unique (and unmatched) one–year guarantee, places us way
ahead of what our competitors offer.
– If you choose to become a permanent employee with our client you are free to
do so without restraint and there are no extra charges to the client either.
• With these fees, why aren't we going broke?
Good question! Simple answer too - Because nothing we do is wasted.
Under the 'old' model of recruitment (that is, the model to which all of our
competitors adhere) 75% of the time, effort and money we put towards recruiting
was completely wasted. Competing against 3 other agencies in 'panel' style
recruitment meant only being successful 25% of the time. What a waste! - it's
no wonder other agencies charge their clients such high margins to make ends
meet!
adaps only works for clients on an exclusive basis. A client doesn't have to
give us every role they need filled, but the one's they do give us are given to
adaps alone.
Last year, operating exclusively under the new model, adaps tripled in size in
a depressed market.
