Our client’s range from local Sydney based companies to large international organizations interstate and across Asia-Pacific. With our expertise we are able to provide a superior quality of service and commitment to both clients and candidates. This is achieved in the main due to the backgrounds of Boleyn Constructions Directors. With 18 years combined experience in the Engineering & Recruitment industries, Boleyn has positioned itself as a niche supplier of Engineering & Construction professionals that has successfully placed at all levels in various organizations ranging from Blue Chip to 3-man consultancies.
Once a detailed employment specification has been taken from the client, we embark on a thorough and active search for exactly the right candidate, taking into account formal qualifications, experience, and one factor that is most important, the personality fit. Methods used to maximize our search include: utilization of our extensive database, search and selection (both here and overseas) and various types of media advertising. On top of these effective mediums, we also rely on our contacts within the industry that have been made available through our strong networking skills over the past 6 years.
