Academia International strives towards excellence in tuition and student care. To achieve this we need to ensure a supportive culture throughout the college and most importantly demonstrate such a culture to our staff as they represent the face of Academia.

Academia International is a private Registered Training Organisation operating in the heart of Melbourne (Corner of Burke and Elizabeth Streets) and specializes in vocational certificate to diploma courses in industries with job skill shortages. We train local and international students and have developed a high reputation in quality tuition amongst the private registered colleges in Melbourne.

There are a number of differentiators that make Academia International a great place to work and teach including but not limited to:
o Balance of student nationalities: By not having a single over dominant nationality in its student base, a greater mix occurs among ethnicities and cultures ensuring students are more tolerant towards each other and their trainers. Academia International currently has close to 40 nationalities including Australian born and naturalized students.
o Maintaining a Maximum Student class size: 22 Hospitality, 16 Hairdressing, 15 ESL enabling a manageable student group for our trainers

o Result Marking Framework ensuring assessments occur on a weekly basis rather than loading students and teachers with tremendous workload towards the end of each term
o Intranet with teaching resources, assessments etc for reference by our teachers new and existing to ensure they are well prepared prior to entering class
