Mission Statement

K U Children's Services is a dynamic and progressive organisation. Our mission is to provide a range of high quality educational programs to meet the diverse and changing needs of children and families.

K U Children's Services offers high quality care for children within Long Day Care Centres, Pre Schools, Mobile Services, Occasional Care Services, Defence Child Care Centres and Outside School Hours/Vacation Care Services.

All KU employees undergo a comprehensive orientation process. Staff support and communication is then maintained through staff magazines, local meetings.and many of our staff feedback mechanisms.

K U Children's Services maintain a comprehensive staff development program that is available to all employees. They believe that well trained and dedicated staff is the key to maintaining the highest standard of care in their services.
