    Duties/Responsibilities include:

    • Answering ????? ????? by phone and email
    • Processing customer returns
    • Ordering ????? ????? stock from suppliers 
    • Monitoring ????? ????? junior staff
    • Setting policies and procedures in place for the team
    • Working closely with the Management team
    • General ad-hoc duties

     

    Successful candidates should have:

    • Previous customer service, customer facing and/or fashion experience
    • Experience using web-based applications and Outlook mail client
    • Confident and professional phone manner
    • Strong communication skills
    • Pro-active attitude
    • An interest in fashion
